Thank you. It makes more sense to go with the sterling silver. I most likely won't be buying anymore Alex & Ani.

Obviously the sterling silver ones at QVC are higher quality.
The point of Alex and Ani is many of the bangles support charity, all made in the USA, the materials used are from sustainable resources, and they believe in positive energy. They are an incredible company and have a purpose. They make you feel good wearing them. I would never wear a knock off.

This company does do positive things. However, with all the positive energy they infuse in their products, the company lacks good old customer service.
I do like their styling and charms better than what I see on QVC. Time will tell.

With all these threads I was looking on ebay at expandable bangles. They had one similar to Alex & Ani listed as 'vintage'. I was puzzled!! But reading your post, it makes sense now.
