QUESTION - CAROLYN POLLACK CUFF

I am enchanted with the Carolyn Pollack red coral doublet cuff and have it on my wish list. Does anyone out there own this? I am hesitant as I don't normally wear cuff bracelets because I am concerned they won't be comfortable to wear. Is this cuff comfortable to wear???? Does it flip over ????
