Im thinking Ripka ladies should be good for this question. Does anyone know if the prepaid label service actually gets mailed back the day when you drop it off at the post office? I thought I read once in the forums that these packages have to be picked up by a service through the post office....that doesn't make sense to me but they do seem to take a long time to get back to a Q warehouse than say a typical first class mail package would. Also, why does the order status enable you track your return, but then its a big fat lie, where you can't actually track it until its back at the Q. Frustrating. I hate to use the q return labels, but for a bigger box item, sometimes its more cost effective to do so. I would prefer to have a ups prepaid option, where you get REAL tracking during transit.
