Problems with TSV Ceramic Watch?

I received my watch today and I love it and it's beautiful and after anxiously waiting for it to arrive, sadly, I have to return it. Why? because I cannot budge the stem to set the time. The instructions say to gently pull the stem to set time, well, I broke the tips of three nails and still couldn't pull it out. Definitely something wrong with this watch. So disappointed, going back to my well made Joan Rivers.

Did anyone else experience this?
