Problem with jewelry reviews

I've been reviewing occasionally with no problems.  Now they say  Review not accepted, fill out one of the optional items above.  I don't do photography and havent a clue what they mean.  And why call it optional?

Re: Problem with jewelry reviews

@depglass - That is a shame. Reviews are important for others to read. Your concerns are valid, however. For a different reason, I have decided not to leave reviews any longer. Now, this site uses a poster's real first name and not the poster's forum name. So, now, there is much less anonymity on our reviews, which makes me feel uncomfortable leaving any review at all. That is not a change that I will embrace or will accept.

Wishing you a better experience going forward. Perhaps it was just a glitch in their system? Or, perhaps it is yet another new change they have made to their online review system? Regardless, you should only post what you feel comfortable posting. No online site should be asking, or demanding, that you provide more information than you feel comfortable including in your review. If reviews are desired, a company/corporation needs to encourage, and not discourage or dissuade, their customers from posting them. That is just my opinion, of course.

@Jersey Born   Wow!  I honestly didn't know that they're using our actual names!  I don't care for that either!

[ Edited ]

I have left many reviews this week and they are NOT using my real name.

I don't do photos etc and just skip that section and my reviews are posted every time.

They give you an option to do all that...you do not have to.

@RespectLife - I am going to have to voice my concerns with them. I find it disturbing that my prior reviews no longer show my online name. I truly do not like this. You are lucky this has not happened to you.
