Problem getting a jewelry request

Back in June  I ordered J372357  Ultrafine paperclip bracelet.  It was shipped June 27.  The tracking shows  nothing. Don't have it yet.   At one point, I received an email saying this would be delayed. I called and they no longer have size medium.  I don't know if I should cancel and get a refund or what.  there is a small and a large size available.  Anyone that has this, what size would the small be?  I have an average size wrist (7")  I really want this.  Should I just wait another week?

@songbird I just took a quick look, it shows a shipping error occurred so no need to continue to wait, I'm so sorry for the disappointment. You are correct we have no stock to replace in medium so let us know if you wanted to do a replacement in another size or refund, we will be happy to help.

@Susan-QVC   Thank you.  Unfortunately, the entire line is sold out. So I can't order another size.  I will get a refund.  Thank you for solving this so quickly even though I won't be able to get the bracelet.
