I don't know if this bothers anyone else but it drives me nuts when the host comments that a piece of generic jewelry looks like a cross. This has stopped me from buying items I was interested in because I'm not Christian and as soon as I heard that I was done looking. If the pendant (e.g.) isn't meant to be a religious symbol let the customer decide on the look.
