I think Pat is an ok host, but she can not compare to Antonella when it comes to presenting jewelry.

Years ago, Pat hosted The Elegance of 18K Gold and Once in a Lifetime where they sold really expensive pieces. They always had a handsome man dressed in a tux who played a grand piano in the background. On night, just as the show started, Pat announced that the man had been killed in an auto accident on his way to the studio that night. I felt so sorry for her having to continue with the show. She held it together.

I always think of this incident when someone mentions Pat selling jewelry.
