Hi Kap,

I posted this on another thread, but I wanted to make sure that you saw it.

I am also on another ripka board, and a friend on there suggested contacting an additional place for a second opinion. She is a knowledgable and kind physician, and I trust her on this. She thinks your son is too young to be having such problems, and she suggests contacting Johns Hopkins Gastro department for a second opinion. I know this has been so emotionally difficult for you, and I don't want to get your hopes up, but I really think it would be good to check it out.

Here's the info she provided: Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. They have a second opinion Gastro dept. and rarely refuse any patient. The e-mail is [email protected] OR call 410-735-4339.

Another poster on that board got help there too.
