Hi! This is a non-JR question.

I see that you posted a negative review for the two-tone status link bracelet (J279922) which I ordered.

I'm confused...this was a brand new item, which is on Advance Ship (April 22nd). How were you able to get one and rate it? Just curious (not expecting it to be heavy, but I love the two-tone aspect of it).
