PRICE DISCREPANCY??

If the peridot cuff costs $5564 & the iolite cuff costs $3539 because peridot is much more expensive, then why are the peridot ERs $354 yet the iolite ERs are $674? There seems to be no rhyme or reason for pricing these days.
