I think that is the original price. Very few of the Ostro items came in at a featured price.

Looks like it's selling out in some sizes, so if you want it, I wouldn't wait.

The Ostro Blue was one of my greatest jewelry disappointments. After listening to all the hype. I ordered the original ring which was a good-size emerald cut. The stone is no more impressive than your run-of-the-mill Swiss blue. I never wear it. I've seen many, many blue topazes I like better.
