I would like to know the difference in this topaz than any other kind. I googled ostrablue and all I could find was nothing. It is my understanding that topaz is treated to create the color that they get so it is manmade, or am I wrong. I suppose this is a marketing tool. I would not pay this kind of price for a sterling ring with a blue topaz stone in it. But I must qualify that as I am incredibly cheap!
