Orders from CP/Relios?

I have always ordered using by phone from them but on Saturday DH ordered me some things for Valentine's Day online. They still haven't shipped, and one of the necklaces is now sold out, I hope I get it. When I order by phone they have always shipped the same day. Is this normal for their online ordering?
