Did this get fixed? I noticed a gap in the middle, too, the other day.

I think QVC lost a big chunk of the customer's order history database when they did an "upgrade" this past June or July. I will guess that they didn't adequately do roll outs and roll backs of their new software and didn't do an adequate data backup either and they have lost the missing customer's past order histories for good.
You aren't the only one who has missing info either, I think I'm also missing about 2 years of orders as well as anything anything older than 2007 or so.
I want to revise my post as I recently checked my order history, so 2012 is all there, 2011, 2010, and 2009 are missing, 2008 is there, everything before 2008 is missing. I would guess that there is a lost or corrupted customer database that cannot be retrieved or restored.
