Opinions on this cuff, please.

I have always wanted the Panther cuff but of course it is long gone. Saw this one on ebay and emailed the seller asking for a 1-10 rating based on patina and overall condition.

She said it is bright and shiny (not dark as in the picture) but that it has some small scratches on the underside. She gave it a 10 for patina and an 8 for overall condition.

The price is 250.00.

Is that fair or too much?
