Several weeks ago I posted that my round face watch that I have had since it was presented about 18 mo ago was losing time. It seemed the stem didn't connect of something. Anyway, I called the company and they told me what do do. I sent it in about 3 weeks ago and got it back yesterday. They replaced the crown, cleaned the stem and movement. It works perfectly. Didn't cost a dime so I am a happy camper. Just FYI that these warranties work!!
