OTO Mabe Pearl Drop Earrings

I ordered this many moons ago and sent it back. I have always regretted it so was delighted to see these as the recent OTO. SO, what would a Ripkanista do.........order all 3 pair to decide later to keep all or a few. The Q is batting 33 1/3% approval in quality. The blushing pink ones came in perfect order, packaged properly and just stunning. However, the white and the black both came in a larger baggie with no bubble wrap or protection of any sort, just thrown in the bag, which was much too large. The black ones have totally different size drop pearls. I noticed it immediately, and these were an obvious return. The white ones.........1 earring is perfect and the other, the drop has no movement at all to match the other. I took the drop off and tried turning the other way........still no movement at all. I'm guessing someone did some bending on these and decided to send them back. I understand that prepurchased merchandise needs to go back in inventory, but why in the world can't they look things over and then package them properly. And now.....the white is on waitlist and I may not get them.

I'm off to call customer service. There really is no excuse for this.
