OK.........what I know about a computer/programs, etc could be written on a small diamonique stone, in a Ripka ring, but here goes..............When I try to view the QInsider online, I'm unable to do it and it says the following? A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 10 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?

Anyone know how to help me or can tell me what this means??? Do I need to update anything?
