O/T Need ideas for a gift

for my son for Valentines Day...He is an amazing son...helps me a lot with little and big things...he helps me when I have problems with my vertigo, he stays up with me for half of the night when I'm scared because of stuff with my health...he's almost 24 years old and I love him with all my heart (which he knows everyday). I would like to get him something special for Valentines Day but everything seems 'the usual' (gift cert., $, etc) or romantic.

Any ideas?
