O/T Can Anyone Help Me?

This morning , Albany Irvin had on a gorgeous ring on her right hand. Unfortunately, it wasn't a jewelry show so I have no idea what the ring was.{#emotions_dlg.crying} I am pretty sure that its a Q ring. I don't think that its JR ( although she was wearing a JR watch). Customer Service was no help. You can see it pretty well on the video for A212870. I'm thinking that its turquoise doublet and diamonique , but I can't find it online. Can any of our super sleuths solve this mystery for me? TIA ( with fingers crossed!) Michelle
