I bought the Honora 3 piece set TSV when it was on sale. When I got my item in the mail and opened the package the earrings prongs where bent because they package them in a cardboard box. They had the earrings prongs going through the carboard & attached to the post on the backside. I called customer service & they told me I could exchange them for another set. I left a review for the Honora pearls about what happen to the earrings. I got an e-mail telling me they cannot post my review because, it did not meet their guidelines. I did not see anything wrong about my review. I did give a positive on the necklace & bracelet. Gee, why even have any reviews at all, if you can't tell the truth about an item you purchase. I know, because it hurts their sales. Well, if they took more care & package their merchandise better, maybe people wouldn't have to leave a negative review. I read alot negative reviews on items & it got posted. I guess this post will get deleted too.
