No ring boxes for Judith Ripka's Rings?

Just got the JR druzy quartz ring today. It's in a plastic bag and a pouch. Does that sound right? I am giving it for a gift and hoped it could be presented in a Judith ring box, not a plastic bag. Called CS and she said the would let the corporate office know, but that really doesn't help me. Wondered if other people have been receiving the same thing. Please advise. Thank you all.
