I also have the matching bracelet I ordered a few weeks ago.
I can NOT find any marks (925, JR, or Country of Origin) on either piece. Did I get a dud, or are other people having the same problem? The picture of the necklace clearly shows a hang-tag with "925 Italy" on it.
I also ordered the leather cord with the Yellow Gold clasp, and received an empty box!!! It had the green JR pouch inside a JR box, but was empty. I called CS as soon as it arrived and they are working to resolve that issue. Now, I find this issue with these 2 pieces. What's going on in quality control??
Anyone else have problems with stuff they ordered last week?

Ripka is sometimes marked inside the lobster claw clasp. I'd look there.
If you look at the photos for the bracelet, it's marked on the hinge of the clasp.

the photos show that there should be a hangtag on the necklace near the lobster claw clasp.....attached to the round ring.

Thank you all for your responses! Okay, I did find the marks on pull lever!!! Whew, that's a relief!!
I work with an auction company and we often sell fine estate jewelry and costume jewelry and the value is adversely affected if there is not a gold or silver mark or a jeweler's mark on the costume jewelry, so I am relieved.

Hopefully, I'll get the missing piece in the next few days, then I'll really be a happy camper!

I purchased the sterling 36"" necklace. I was irritated at lack of tag as shown on photo's. I think the necklace is a little light in comparison to my other Ripka necklaces. I love the style. I will now look for the hallmark per your instructions.

If it bothers you too much exchange the necklace. Some may have been overlooked when it came to quality control and they didn't get the markings.
I to had an empty box today! No enhancer in the box, but they are shipping me out a replacement. They should be giving you a replacement to. I would call CS and request one. Good luck!
