Good afternoon all,

I've been a Q shopper on and off for a few years, but I just recently purchased an item on waitlist for the first time.  I purchased it on 6/13 and in my account, it shows an estimated delivery date of 6/24.  Being that today is 6/22, it seems that date is off.  Can I expect to receive the waitlisted item (a Judith Ripka Montana ring) pretty soon?  I don't mind waiting honestly, just looking for clarification on the EDD.  Thank you so much!

You receive notification when an item ships.  If you haven't, then it's not on its way to you.  Go to CS, order status, and you can see if it's shipped.  Jewelry usually ships USPS and they are poor on posting tracking so you probably won't be able to tell where it is until it arrives.
