It seems that every time the Q makes changes to their site they just can't seem to get it right. Here I am trying to maneuver through my orders and you can't go back, the easy pay stops at June instead of being able to look all the way to the end, and there's more but I'm so disgusted. I can't believe they can't get this down pat. Who is designing the site because it's not working for the customer. You have to scroll almost to the end of a page to get to the forum. Is it just me because I don't want to look at all that's listed, I can find info in other ways, but a long list on every single page I have to scroll down? Now you can't go back through you pages to find info, you have to start all over again. I keep getting messages that web page unavailable? I think I've just about had enough. I so wanted to order some Philosophy, but they're making it awful difficult for me to take the plunge with everything, let alone JR. I thought things were going to be better, but, it doesn't seem so. I'd have to rate the new web design a big ZERO on the ease of use. Maybe I'm missing something in my limited computer knowledge, but, it used to be easy to shop here. It shouldn't be this difficult. Just venting.
