New Jewelry Packaging?

Just received a pair of ultrafine earrings that I ordered recently (J276872). They arrived in a lovely box (cream colored QVC lid, taupe base). And inside was a nicer quality taupe "velvet" bag. Is this a new packaging trend for QVC? Looks so much nicer than what I've been used to (the white lid, aqua base, and tacky white bag inside). Just curious if this is what to continue to expect. (Not as nice as the Jai by John Hardy packaging, but much nicer than before.) Anyone else seeing this new packaging?
