Never going with Q free shipping again!

Purchased my mom for Easter Judith ripka earrings on free ship promotion going USPS. They were in Harrisburg pa on 3/26 and sat there for 2 days before they hit philly on 29th now there on bellmawr nj today. I live in south jersey and no earrings in mail today. I ordered them last Saturday for mom. Never ever again I should have paid extra for ups, but I thought from Pennsylvania to New Jersey it would never take longer then a week to get here! Unreal!
