Need help!

I've seen a certain necklace type on women in TV and some commercials and I have no idea how to find one and I hope y'all can help, It's a very, very dainty chain and comes to about 16" . It appears as though the necklace itself slips through the pendant and hangs down a bit. Usually the pendant is a heart or circle. It 's not the "Tiffany" type heart toggle necklace, though. It's much more delicate. I want one so badly,
