I can only access my purchases back to 2008.

My purchase history only goes back to June of 2005 but I have been shopping with them much longer...before they were QVC!

You could always have the piece checked out by a jeweler/gemologist who will be able to confirm the stones...most will do an inspection for free or only a small fee. They may also clean it for you.
