There are several items created to help you put on a bracelet - one is/was called The Bracelet Buddy for around $6 to $12 depending on where you shop & manufacturer.

Only bad thing about the Facebook video is you can poke yourself with the Safety Pin. You can do the same thing using a piece of scotch tape. I found the Bracelet Buddy that I purchased from HSN works best. Very easy to use and very inexpensive to purchase.
