Need Help Cleaning My Silver Jewelry Pieces

I have tried treated cloths, the little metal thing you put in a pan of water with baking soda...just can't seem to get the job done! I am especially wanting to bring some of my RLM pieces back to life.

I just know you ladies have some hints, please!
