NYC II Jewelry Question

I've never ordered from ShopNBC. They're showing a rainbow (gemstone) line bracelet this hour (the Today's Special is the rainbow necklace) in SS that I'm interested in. I think it's $149.00. Sorry, don't know the item # offhand. Can anyone tell me their experience with gems on this channel? And/or their experience with ShopNBC? Do you think this is a good value for the money? TIA!
