NEW RLM CUFF - J260194

I was looking at this cuff and thought it's a beautiful design, but have a couple of questions.

Isn't $267 quite a bit for brass with a little silver? I understand the designer markup and if this was artisian crafted it would be a lot less, but $267 sounds outrageous.

Does brass tarnish and if so, how is it cleaned? Do you use a silver polishing cuff?
