Well - I received quite a few things today -very fast delivery I must say - I knew when I ordered these I wouldn't be able to keep everything - but I wanted to make the decision after I had actually tried on the pieces:

Anyhow - I am keeping the Malechite Ring (J271749) - absolutely love it - my favorite elongated shape - great striations and fit - I have some beautiful Malechite necklaces I already own - so it fits in well with my other pieces -

Going back: J271747 - Rose ring - not impressed by that - it's ok - but not something that really makes an impression on me

Also going back - J271739 - multi gem ring and the matching bracelet - J271742 - the cuff is very thin silver (I think I'm spoiled by some of my older cuffs) - and I'm not crazy about either of the pieces - pretty but not for me -

also am returning the Veronica Benally enhancer - J227015 - this is kind of hard to send back because I love her work - but this piece doesn't really do it for me either - I am expecting a cuff from Fritz anyday - and I would rather keep that I think - this one doesn't have enough gems on it or something - it's very nice but I can live without it.

Still to come - the mop carved cross - can't wait to see it - they said it was a thick piece of mop - that kind of reminds me of one of my all time favorite pieces - the Glorieta cross - that big hunk of carnelian never fails to "wow" me in a big way - also expecting the Fritz Casuse butterfly bracelet - that was a pretty good price - will let you know when it arrives - there's never been a piece of his that I didn't absolutely love - so we will see!!
