And both are going back. The Affinity Gem multi sapphire cross pendant was miniscule but the bigger issue was the teeny fragile box chain-the jump ring connector snapped right off. Boooo. I think the gems looked decent, considering I could barely see them. 

The Affinity Cultured Pearl necklace with yellow gold over silver cross charm and toggle closure. Oh this is beautiful! Such a lovely substantial presence on the neck. Only reason I'm returning is that it's 18" and fits me way too close. Should've paid better attention to that measurement. For a piece this size it would look nicer on me in a 20" if they had offered that option. 

Has anyone else received their goodies?

I ordered a JAI three stone ring in black spinel and I love it.  I'm wearing it right now in fact.

My QVC jewelry purchases this past year or so have all been returned and were big disappointments except for one silver chain.  They've all been either too tiny or too tinny and cheaply made.  They've all been silver and, considering how stingy they are with the metal, you'd think it was platinum.  One stone pendant from Generation Gems  changed color then crumbled and fell apart. (J367973)

 Got a pair of CP earrings yesterday so small they look ridiculous next to an adult face.  I'm finished buying it.  I'll be elsewhere any day they're selling jewelry.

@Kachina624 that's a shame that the items you ordered were so disappointing, but I understand.

Like you, I have stopped buying jewelry from QVC since the last items I ordered were not satisfactory either and having to go through the return process is annoying.

I had an item (not jewelry) that I had returned. It was expensive but it took me multiple contacts with qvc to get the credit applied to my account.

@smoochy --if you love your necklace, find a 2 or 3 inch extender to make it longer. try ebay of even JTV--I bought a kit that had 1,2, and 3 inch chain extenders with magnetic closures on them--came in yellow, white and rose tone all together---think it was $30-ish.

That's a great idea but this necklace has a front toggle closure so I'm not sure an extender would work
