Yesterday, I sent an e-mail to Valerie at the Woodbury outlet telling her of my displeasure with the color(or lack thereof) of the canary clip-on I purchased from her.

Have not heard back yet. When she does reply, Sheesh, I will ask her if the stone can be replaced. The rest of the setting is beautiful and perfect but for the price I paid, even at a great discount, the color should be gorgeous or at least that is what I had half expected.

I undestand items go to the outlets because they are being discontinued and that means they are the last of their kind in all respects...color included...so the paler ones would be the less desirable, but I was told repeatedly that this one had medium color and that,to me, was misleading to say the least.

So, will see what Valerie says and we will take it from there. Dang...why couldn't that color have been spot on to begin with!!!! Rats!
