My ginger Monaco backordered???????

I ordered my ginger monaco ring early in the morning of the 9th, and now it is backordered. I called CS and they told me they didn't have enough to fill orders and were having issues with the ones they could send. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. I was told I wasn't the only customer this was happening to. Please post if this has happened to you also.
