I am writing to express my dismay at the declining quality of the items I have been purchasing from your JRQ collection. I recently purchased item J152607 Judith Ripka Sterling Cultured Pearl & Gemstone Earrings. These were an obvious defective customer return. The backs had been bent in order to try and get the heavy earrings to "hang right". The original purchaser must have not been happy with the way they looked on and returned them after essentially ruining them. I understand putting new unused returns back into inventory, but the current lack of quality control and the increased frequency of getting used and damaged items is troubling. I take pride in my Judith Ripka collection, and as a plus size woman, it is one of the few things that makes me feel beautiful. I am fearful that these recent problems will cause me to curtail my buying of Ripka items. I look forward to your response on how you will be addressing this situation.
