I had earrings shipped with mismatched backs, earrings was used. At least one of them. They did provide extra backs, only to find out they bend immediately after I try to put them on.

Again,he does have lovely stone, rubies, spinel, sapphires, but I wish crafstmanship could be better. With all the praise for quality, the amount of palladium silver mix he use, is not substantial. His ring bend easily.

@alice87.  I was really surprised to hear about quality issues with Michael's jewelry.  I have a lot, probably 25 or so rings, and never had any such problems.  What I received was always perfect. 

It sounds like he has changed manufacturers.  I'm glad I bought my stash earlier.

I don't care for the gold over. It looks fake to me. I agree with Kachina624, the quality of his settings has decreased. Plus the pave is very tiny.
