First let me say that I have literally hundreds of pieces of sterling silver jewelry of all types, especially rings and earrings but also bracelets and necklaces. I ordered this necklace in blue during the recent designer silver event. The necklace arrived in the mail one day last week. I immediately put it on and wore it, forgetting to remove it that night. The next morning I had a fiery red rash on my neck where each plaque of the necklace had been.
I have never, ever had any sort of allergic reaction to silver although I have had one to nickel and brass. I strongly suspect that this necklace is not .925 silver as claimed. It will soon be returning to its home in Pennsylvania. I am very disappointed in the quality of this so-called "designer" jewelry.
