Memorial Day Weekend Jewelry

So I thought. . . it's Memorial Day - Carolyn's coming with American West!

Then I remembered. . .   Smiley Sad

I do miss the excitement of her visits and her new designs, but I also hope she and Bill are enjoying their retirement!  Smiley Happy

She's going to be on several shows on Friday. Shows at 3, 5 and 8 pm ET with other guests and hosts.

She will also be on American West-specific shows on Monday at 1 am and 4 pm ET. According to her Facebook page there will be some new designs.

@beach-mom  If you go to QVC's main page for American West jewelry there are pictures across the the top of the page that show a model wearing the new designs that will be shown this weekend. The designs aren't as yet listed as being for sale. And no indication of prices.

I bought a San Marco silver cuff with hinge for easy on and off.

I get out my older Carolyn Pollack jewelry and marvel at how much the quality of the new stuff has veered from the original.  I lose all enthusiasm for even watching it.

No price adjustment for clearance sale price. I paid

149.99 for J490381 and now it's 142.

I asked for price adjustment and was told they don't do that for clearance sales.

I hear you @Kachina624 . I recently bought a Robert Tenorio bracelet off ebay. It was made in the aughts before the price of metals skyrocketed. I had wanted to buy it when it was on QVC but my size was always sold out. Spotted it on ebay in my size and at a good price so I couldn't resist. I was stunned when it arrived. Oh My Gosh. Freaking gorgeous. Heavy. Beautiful silver. Beautifully designed. Just a killer piece.

Looking at the current crop of AW jewelry that's manufactured by QVC in India is painful to look at in comparison.
