Mary Beth Roe Ring

I've noticed a ring that Mary Beth Roe wears on her wedding band finger and wondered if it might be diamonique. It has a rather vintage look to it with a center round stone and trillion cut side stones set in what looks to be epiphany. I may be totally off and it is real diamonds, but I know that a very long time ago, she wore a diamonique ring in solid 14K yellow gold as her wedding band.

I remember her story that she wore a diamonique wedding set but later she replaced that with the real thing.

I seem to recall that her husband gave her a new wedding set on their 25th anniversary a couple of years ago.  I don't think she wears the diamonique ring anymore.
