This is the second time I ordered a lunchtime special and gotten the wrong size item. What's up with this. I was told by CS that a robot pulls the orders. Really? I ordered J144659 Michael Dawkins bracelet in 6 3/4" and received an 8" bracelet that falls off my wrist. Of course it is sold out and I cannot get a replacement. (Second time for that too!) The quality of QVC is not there. The 8" was not even offered as a lunchtime special.
Just had to vent. Have others had problems with Lunchtime Specials. I have yet to get what I order.
