Looks Like the old 'switch and bate' routine

I get so frustrated with HSN. Before Gold got so expensive it was so nice and easy to order jewelry on HSN. I have some beautiful jewelry by amazing designers! Now go forward...I can't figure what they are selling instead of gold. Someone here said it is MYSTERY METAL. That seems like an accurate assessment. Can anyone here, you ladies who know a lot about gold and silver, explain to me what they are selling? Here's an example..they have 168-602. This is Apetite and is 3.25 cts. FOR $139.90. Appetite is one of the very expensive stones. I like looking and would love to buy, but I wonder if it is JUNK.
