as I am having to replace many pieces of JR as they were stolen. Just broke my heart! Lost my beautil key and pink cross pendants that were part of autodelivery pieces; 36" CZ station necklace (one of my favorites for all of my pendants); cz ring; earrings, and my tennis bracelet that I loved to name just a few items. All in all were about a dozen pieces and I have had a really hard time with this. Whoever took my jewelry knew the good pieces because that it what they took--also took 14K and 18K gold and diamond earings and matching pendant. The moral of this sad story is to take pictures and save receipts to show the police as the police really watch the pawn shops. The person pawning the jewelry must show I.D. and the pawn shop keeps a list of what they bring in to pawn. I did not have pictures, but did recognize pieces from a list from one of the shops. Yes, the police were able to nail down the pawn shop, but I have no proof as I did not have pictures. Anyway I won't go on and on about this as I really am trying to forget the thefts as I have been so upset about it. QVC CS did furnish me with a list of purchases which I am grateful for, but I need pictures to work with the pawn shop owner. So, dear ladies, do take pictures and keep your receipts.
