Had the asscher cut pink DQ earrings on waitlist and they were received with remnants of the previous owner on them. So, returned them and requested another pair be sent out. Earrings are still waitlisted, so they processed as a refund. When I saw that I immediately called to have duplicate pair sent out and was told that when an item is waitlisted, they can not automatically place you on that list. They have to issue a refund; you have to call, place the order and give them permission to waitlist, automatically send item out and charge to your card. For security reasons the rep said it has to be done this way, it would be like them ordering on your account and they will not allow that. That explains why I've gotten refunds in the past and didn't get on waitlist if item is not available. Hope this helps someone. Pug
