Large Sunflower Cuff for medium wrist?

I definitely have a medium size wrist, but the only size for the Sunflower cuff is Large. Do you have a cuff that is larger than your size? I've heard posters say that some cuffs turn if they are too large. Is it possible to wear it higher up on your arm, or does it slip down?
