Hi Ladies....I've been lusting after a few old stock earrings for a long time and when they went on clearance....I jumped! The lotus design with the milky aqua and the labradorite earrings always spoke to me. I just received both. The design is exquisite...the stones I am concerned about. The labradorite is heaven...a green with chatoyency (sp?) to die for; however, in both labradorite stones there is a black streak that goes across the center of each stone.

It gives the appearance that each stone is cracked and I instinctively rubbed my finger over each stone to see if this is the case. If the "crack" was a variance of the green color, I could live with it. Have any of you ordered this earring and found the same situation? I don't know whether to try again (I love the earrings) or give it up. I'm not fond of multiple shipping.

I'm keeping the milky aqua in the same design. I have blue eyes and it makes them look like blueberries. But I must say, the labradorite stole the show if it wasn't for the crack. Thanks for any input.
