But wait, what more could you want...? Now you have Bronzo, clad silver, crystals, fake diamonds and black spinel...

Does anyone know if Peyton Kelly is still with Q? He used to travel the globe looking for unusual jewelry in different countries. He seemed to work with Suarti a lot (who I understand is another one fallen by the wayside).

I've seen him appear recently with hosts during presentations, though more times than not they seem to wheel Mr. Markstein out for this purpose, which is too bad, because Kelly is more interesting and certainly more likable.

Thank you stevieb.
That is a shame. I thought his presentations on artisan crafted jewelry from different parts of the globe were some of the most interesting on Q. He seemed truly passionate about it, and always seemed very proud that QVC was helping and encouraging the artisans in some of those countries to realize their full potential.
I also really liked the way he would describe where the artisans got their inspiration for the jewelry. While in India for instance, he used to show photos of the walls in the Taj Mahal and explain how a design would be taken from one of the designs on those walls.

I do hope that the Q is reading this. I would love to see J. Hess, J. Esposito, M. Thurman and Tacori back. The variety really has been decreasing and decreasing. Yes, I have a few Ripka pieces, but I like alot more variety in the jewelry I wear.
And of course we have had designers/designs go like Nolan Miller, and perhaps that is why I felt so badly when they said the Jacqueline Kennedy line was ending. Some of us just love the glitz!!!!

I enjoy him too. I guess this is part and parcel of us seeing so little gemstone jewelry on QVC, especially as compared to the Bronzo stuff, that's apparently under David'd purview...

Thank you so much for posting this - SO TRUE! Same goes in the gold lines. I know, I know, the price of gold and all, but there were so many nice lines, now all gone.
While OT same goes for clothing. I remember hanging on the words of DVF when she was on! Still have some of her pieces from then.
Seems that eventually most things sink to the lowest common denominator.
Too bad.
